Hire Resolve’s client, a leading retail company in Cape Town, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Footwear and Accessories Buyer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional products to customers.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute buying strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and planning teams to curate collections that resonate with target customers. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Drive innovation and trend forecasting within the footwear and accessories category. Ensure all purchases align with quality standards and brand expectations. Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer in the retail industry, specifically within footwear and accessories. Proven ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour. Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in relevant retail software and systems. Benefits:
