As a team member of our Foodservice division, our Business Analyst Intern will help us document and create standard documentation in different business areas (Sales, Customer service, Pricing).

Our division has grown through acquisitions, and we need to rebuild our business process library and best practices. Our goal is to promote standard process and use them as the foundation of our IT testing sessions.

 

Job Functions:

As a business analyst intern, your main tasks will be:

Shadow our business team members and document all the steps in an excel document Ask questions about what they are doing and why and document your observations Use Visio to build business processes with roles, activities, tasks, and related applications From the documented work steps, write test scripts to help our IT team validate their code changes during delivery. Possibly participate to the customer data cleansing initiative to enhance our AI algorithm during our automated order creation process.

Skills

We are looking for an organized person, great communicator, with method regarding process documentation.

Our intern needs to be curious, open-minded, problem-solver and interested to learn about Sales, Customer service best practices in Foodservice manufacturing business.

 

Technical Skills:

Visio and Excel are a Must.
