What will I do as a Food Service Assistant Manager? + Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back. + Complete all food ordering for the store. + Maintain appropriate levels of prep items and food, checking/adjusting daily. + Teach and train Fast Food Team Members in all food service, deli, and beverage promotions and programs and manage training for all fast-food employees. + Actively sample fast food, deli, and beverage products to drive sales and offer bounce back coupons when needed. + Ensure Fast Food equipment is clean and in proper working condition and report any maintenance or issues to the store manager. + Review KPI Dashboard on a weekly basis and communicate success and opportunities with team. + Complete waste sheets and temperature log daily and ensure all food hold times are upheld. + Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed. + Participate in store meetings and present food related material as required. + Additional duties as assigned.
