Ensure each plate is prepared according to the menu description and take notice of any ticket customizations (ie: dressing on side, etc)Ensure food is delivered to the correct table, ensure each guest receives the correct orderAssist servers and culinary team to ensure the guests have an excellent dining experienceCommunicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging Guests and Team Members Organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlinesEnsure quality standards are followedInteract with fellow Team Members in a cooperative mannerCommunicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging Guests and Team Members Abide by all Health Department and Steritech food safety requirementsParticipate in all required training and meetings essential to the positionWork flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysResponsible for all routine opening, during-service, and closing functions and checklistsAdhere to established department and property policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Standards of Conduct, attendance, appearance, cash handling, confidentiality, safety, and sanitation BRING US YOUR BEST.
