Job Duties

Responsible for sanitation of the front of house buffet operations.  Replenishes silverware, glasses, and plates on the buffet line.  Responsible for managing communication and support between front of house and back of house buffet staff and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.  Must be able to push rolling carts of 30+ pounds.
