Food Production Manager - Southgate

Assists in the management a large university central commissary under the direction of the Assistant Director. Responsibilities include Pre-Prep, Bakeshop, and Southgate Warehouse; unit purchasing and procurement; budget and operations; administration of automated food inventory systems (FoodPro); management of the warehouse and stock rooms, inventory products, inventory analysis, and personnel; and manages invoices, receiving documents, requisitions, and others. Provides relief assistance to the management teams for food production, supervision, counseling, training and development of employees, customer relations, safety and sanitation, and the security and maintenance of building and equipment.
