Job Description

As Grosvenor’s Food and Beverage Manager within our venue in Didsbury, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.  

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards

To succeed in this role, you will:

To manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation within the casinoTo deliver exceptional guest experience in line with Grosvenor Casino brand standardsTake full ownership over front of house, back of house, licensed bar and special event activitiesRecruit, develop and retain a skilled and engaged food and beverage teamOwn the financial and budgetary performance of the food and beverage operation, delivering both revenue and margin targetsCreate a culture of personal and professional development within the F&B teamTake full ownership of all health and safety and food safety management in the F&B operation

 

QualificationsExperience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisations along with hospitality or leisure companiesA real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customersAble to work night shifts & weekends, to ensure presence at peak business timesAged 18 + & right to work in the UK
