Sarasota National is currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic team member who demonstrates a proven track record in food and beverage management within the realm of hospitality operations. This individual should exhibit exceptional leadership qualities and possess strong interpersonal skills. The preferred candidate will be highly visible, actively engaged, and approachable to both team members and members alike. Key responsibilities encompass supervising staff progression, directing the F&B program, and showcasing expertise in service methodologies, menu design, culinary trends, and wine selection. While having expertise in facilities management is beneficial, it is not essential.

Though technical skills are crucial, it's equally essential to value a candidate's social skills and sensitivity. A blend of diplomacy, subtlety, and style is key to enhancing the Club's service quality and creating the right atmosphere in different situations.
In the role of F&B Director, this exceptional individual will serve as the direct liaison to the General Manager, effectively bridging the communication channel between senior management and the operational team. Duties will encompass close attention to club protocols, streamlined operations, and innovative initiatives. Moreover, readiness to assume the responsibilities of the General Manager when required, and overseeing all Club-related matters will be integral components of the position.

Candidate Qualifications
Experience and Knowledge of the food & beverage, hospitality, or private Club industry, generally involving a minimum of five (5) years in the industry in supervisory positions involving both the front and back-of-the house operations.

Educational Requirements
A Hospitality Degree is preferred; however, significant experience in hospitality with demonstrated advancement in similar-sized club environments will also be taken into consideration.
