Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
Interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner while taking food/beverage orders, accepting payment through cash, credit, check and comps, delivery of order to guests, and bussing and cleaning of dining areaMonitoring and replenishing of all food products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion Ensuring work area is neat, clean and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstationEnsuring and monitoring rotation and quality of product for appearance and safe holding temperature and proper storage of prepared foods under refrigeration with product, date and proper storage containers to minimize waste and spoilage and ensure quality attractivenessPartnering with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated workflow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining all equipment in proper fashion such as cappuccino machine, micros station, etc.Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe) Adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policiesSupporting safety and accident prevention programs (non-slip footwear, proper lifting) Presenting oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same Performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned BRING US YOUR BEST.To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
High school diploma or equivalentMust stand for long periodsMust be able to follow directionsMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policySix month’s experience in food or customer service field with cash handling preferredMust possess excellent interpersonal skillsMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cuesMust be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lightsTeamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day-to-day operationsCompliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirementsAbility to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environmentKnowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and proceduresMaintain health department standards and regulations – inspection scores should be at or above standards. Cleanliness of restaurantPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces STAY IN THE GAME.
