**Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Attendant!**
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Food & Beverage Attendant** to join our team and help us provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. As a key part of our service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a delicious, welcoming atmosphere during their stay.
**Primary Purpose:**
Your main responsibility will be to create an outstanding dining experience for guests, assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast and evening reception. You will help maintain a clean and organized work environment, offering top-notch customer service and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Maintain Cleanliness & Sanitation:** Ensure all work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration, are properly sanitized and disinfected.
+ **Service Excellence:** Assist in presenting and restocking the complimentary breakfast and evening reception, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. You may be asked to clear dishes, wipe down tables, and keep the buffet area stocked.
+ **Customer Care:** Provide high-level service by addressing guest concerns professionally and warmly, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
+ **Flexible Role:** You’ll be able to perform a variety of roles depending on the needs of the shift.
+ **Food Safety & Preparation:** Help with food storage and preparation, ensuring all food items are stored at the correct temperature and in the proper containers. Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
+ **Team Collaboration:** Work with colleagues to ensure smooth food production and service. Relay any necessary information during shift changes to maintain continuity.
+ **Compliance with Regulations:** Follow all health department guidelines, as well as company policies regarding safety, security, and sanitation. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Previous Experience:** Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training!
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **Certification Requirements:** Food Safety Training and Alcohol Awareness certification required within the first 60 days of employment. We’ll help you get certified!
+ **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly. Comfortable bending, squatting, and standing for long periods of time during shifts.
+ **Availability:** Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
