The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. Ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of serving and/or bartending experience in an upscale restaurant setting. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Seeking a motivational leader to help manage a team size of around 15 people. Needs to have solid beverage knowledge for beer, wine, and cocktails.

Shift Pattern: variable but typical shift times can be as early as 9am or as late as 2am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSupervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory control\n\n
