Food and Drink Supervisor (Banqueting)

A full-time vacancy has arisen for a Food and Drink Supervisor to work mainly within the Banqueting section. As a F&D Supervisor, you will work closely with the respective outlet manager in supervising the operations, manging a multicultural team and delivering excellent Guest Experience.
\n\n
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;
\n\n
· Lead the Food & Drink banqueting operations
\n· Coordinate the team members and ensure that Guests’ requests are fully met and exceeded
\n· Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
\n· Ensure compliance of Hilton brand standards
\n· Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
\n· Represent needs of the team including Training and Development and performance Management
\n· Assist with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targets
The role requires previous F&D experience in a supervisor level, preferably within the Banqueting section. Fluency in English is a requirement for this position.
