Minimum requirements:
Matric Any Diploma or Certificate in hospitality or related field is preferred 3 - 4 Years in a similar role  Basic/advanced wine and service knowledge  Experience with stock control, budgeting and supplier negotiations Familiarity with restaurant management software, point of sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software Willingness to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the F&B industry is often operational during these times Valid drivers license  Consultant: Liandri van Blerk - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
