Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the food and beverage team in daily operations, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleanupLearn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safetyAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession standsAssist in menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliersDesired Qualifications and SkillsĀ
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related fieldStrong passion for food and beverage service with a desire to learn and grow in the industryExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesNOTE: The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
