This position oversees the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Food and Beverage departments at The Hotel Hershey, including but not limited to all restaurant outlets, banquet operations, and culinary operations.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to enhance restaurants and menus, increase revenue, control costs, and maintain excellent service quality.* Lead and mentor a diverse team through fostering a positive and collaborative culture to achieve department and property goals.* Monitor financial performance through overseeing budget management, profit strategies, forecasting, and cost control measures.* Establish and maintain operational efficiencies that ensure guest satisfaction through quality products and service standards.* Partner with cross-functional departments to enhance guest experience and maintain brand integrity. Develop strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to promote food and beverage outlets, banquets, holiday events, and other services.* Stay current with industry trends and ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulatory policies and internal controls.* Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Bachelor’s Degree Industry experience - Food & Beverage, High-End Resort Minimum of 10 years of related experience. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Must have a valid Driver’s License Must complete Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification training. Must obtain ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Job Demands:
