FOH Manager - Texas Steakhouse & Saloon Location: Lumberton, NC, 28358 Job Description

The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon in Lumberton, NC. This includes managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

Responsibilities Manage and train front of house staff Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Oversee daily operations of the restaurant Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Manage inventory and ordering of supplies Handle customer complaints and resolve issues Create and implement policies and procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage scheduling and payroll for front of house staff Requirements Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
