Our client seeking a **Fluidics Engineer** to join their team. As a **Fluidics Engineer** , you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid foundation in engineering principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fluidics Engineering III
**Location:** Atlanta, GA
**Pay Range:** $47 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Collaborate on the design of mechanical systems for foodservice and beverage units, focusing on fluidics and thermal management.
+ Work across boundaries to understand customer needs and improve world-leading products through a stage-gate process.
+ Utilize 3D authoring software (CREO preferred) and change management software to design and implement solutions.
+ Conduct quality planning and design for reliability, including DFMEA, test planning, and data analysis.
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software and electrical engineering, as well as non-technical personnel.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; Master's degree preferred.
+ Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems.
+ Competence in formal problem-solving tools such as 8D/A3/DMAIC.
+ Experience with embedded software and electronics is preferred.
+ Proficiency in Matlab and/or LabView is a plus.
