Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hands-On UI Technologies Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Hands-On UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
Process Documentation and Re-engineering:
• Document current business processes and workflows using tools like flow diagrams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and re-engineering.
• Develop detailed process documentation using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Application Modeling:
• Perform basic modeling of applications on the Flowable platform.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of models.
• Utilize Flowable for basic workflow and case status modeling.
Report Development:
• Develop and generate basic reports using reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Work with PowerBI and other visualization tools to create insightful dashboards.
Application Testing:
• Conduct basic testing of applications developed on Flowable. Ensure data accuracy and report quality.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.
Documentation and Modeling:
• Use sequence diagrams, UML, and other tools to document and express processes and models.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation as processes and models evolve.
Client Management:
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and requirement documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders and the development team.
• Build consensus among stakeholders on process improvements and re-engineering efforts.
• Defend process re-engineering decisions with data-driven analysis and clear communication.
• Build consensus among clients and stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

Flowable, Groovy, Python, PowerBI, CMMN, BPMN tools
Stakeholder Interaction, client management, PowerBI, Client demos, QA testing, Flowable or CMMN, BPMN tools.


• Proficiency in documenting business processes using sequence diagrams, UML, and other tools.
• Basic knowledge of the Flowable or equivalent tool with proficiency in CMMN & BPMN.
• Experience with report development and data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.
• Understanding of application testing methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience in business process documentation and re-engineering.
• Experience in basic application modeling and report development with familiarity of APIs.
• Familiarity with testing processes and QA collaboration.
• Experience in client management and building consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus for decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
