**Job Title: Floor Care Technician** **Job Description** Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface. Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
