The duties of a Floor Technician are to operate buffers, sweepers, strippers, mops and other equipment but not limited to the following:

We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.VacuumingMoppingBonnetingExtraction (wet/dry)Strip & wax floorCarpet spot removalTransport equipment, tools and suppliesMove furniture before/after cleanCommunicate changes, progress or problem areasUnderstand how to read MSDS sheetsProperly label chemicalsWear proper PPE when working with chemicals/equipmentExperience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferredA pre-employment background screening and drug test will be requiredRead, write, speak EnglishMust have experience using floor machines***Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $19.60 - $20.60
