We're looking for someone who:
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Possesses minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the building supplies industry or a similar B2B environment. Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team. Boasts excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both colleagues and customers. Possesses exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Maintains meticulous attention to detail and thrives in an organized and fast-paced environment. Holds a Matric certificate and a Diploma in Management (preferred). Demonstrates proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems for Retail is a plus.
