Our client is searching for an experienced Floor Manager for their outlet based at the V&A Waterfront Cape Town The successful candidate would be required to assist and support the General Manager or Department Manager in the running of a department in line with company objectives and ensuring company standards

Requirements
3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager within a leading retail chain/ fashion brand
Solid experience managing a similar fast paced retail operation
Matric
A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Knowledge of retail operations including sales and customer service merchandising and promotional techniques inventory control and loss prevention
Strong analytical and negotiation skills are a must
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds such as customers other employees and management staff
