Reference PE003243 Location Eastern Cape, Kirkwood Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the Retail / FMCG industry, based in Kirkwood, is currently looking to employ an experienced Floor Manager.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position within a Retail group. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Business hours are 6am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. 45 hours per week. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment. Manage and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products. Monitor sales, implement promotions, and support marketing initiatives. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies. Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations. Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
