We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of Boeing flight deck procedures and a passion for aviation safety. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA)Commercial line operations and flight planningFlight instruction using simulators, e-learning, training manuals, and related technologiesFlight training regulations from the US FAA, EU EASA, UK CAA, Brazil ANAC, India DGCA, China CAAC, etc.Project management approaches such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, etc.Content development and collaboration tools such as DITA, Storyline, Confluence, Teams, Azure DevOps, or related technologiesYou will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, Boeing design standards, and industry safety protocols. This position requires relevant education from an accredited institution and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification, or equivalent experience. Position Responsibilities:
Oversee identifying customer technical training needs and requirements.Lead the development of complex training proposals.Oversee the evaluation and determination of training objectives, content, design, and technologies.Use specialized software technology to research, develop, and modify new and existing media and materials.Prepare lesson plans and instructs participants.Develop training concepts, techniques, and processes.Research, develop, deliver, and evaluate effectiveness of advanced or new technical training.Apply advanced concepts to develop training standards and specifications.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors’ degree or higher.Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Lead: $102,850 - $139,150
Summary pay range Senior: $127,500 - $173,500
