This is a temporary position.
The Digital Account Manager’s role is to build and grow a direct relationship with hotel client accounts, supporting hotels participating in Marriott Digital Services (MDS) digital activation services, including but not limited to the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) regional program. The Account Manager will focus on the day-to-day management of a portfolio of hotel clients and/or regional stakeholders, ensuring their hotels’ SEO services, website content publishing, optimization efforts, and other digital marketing activities are executed and well-communicated. Critical to the position is maintaining a high level of client communication and customer service. The Digital Account Manager is the facilitator of clear and accurate communication to other departments on behalf of their clients. They are the client’s advocate and liaison ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and results.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Conduct program kick off call including gathering clients marking goals, priorities and unique selling features.
+ Schedule and lead all client and stakeholder calls throughout the program period
+ Manage and provide program solutions to achieve clients’ digital marketing goals and maximize their online visibility
+ Review hotel performance with client and make sound recommendations as necessary.
+ Address and ensure client concern resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate
+ Retain accounts through development of strong relationships and overall satisfaction
+ Ensure clients are proficient in services by identifying needs, providing training and consultative services
+ Provide recommendations that contribute to the hotel digital visibility growth, in addition to providing updates on new products and services that will benefit the client and/or stakeholders
+ Responsible for the timely completion of all digital marketing tactics & projects
+ Responsible for providing the highest possible level of customer service
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business from an accredited college or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years experience managing direct client accounts
+ Spanish fluency required
+ Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing
+ Analytical and reporting skills
+ Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to grow and retain strategic accounts
+ Strong creative, strategic, and analytical problem solving skills
+ Ability to quickly familiarize brand goals, integrate style into design and deliver projects on time
+ Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills
+ Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter
**Pluses**
+ Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM software)
+ Hospitality Knowledge
+ Experience working in marketing or advertising agency setting
The pay range for this position is $30.86 to $39.90 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
