Fleet Operational Specialist

Fleet Operational Specialist is the primary contact for fleet-related matters across countries, providing daily support and guidance. This role is instrumental in providing fleet data to identify trends, optimize processes, evaluate the effectiveness of actions, and enhance cost efficiencies. The Specialist plays a pivotal role in standardizing fleet operations within the EMEA region, delivering analytical reports, collaborates with EMEA fleet teams, operations managers, finance leaders, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to execute fleet reporting deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing issues, providing solutions, and coordinating with Business users, HR, and Procurement to ensure efficient communication across all. Provide answers to fleet-related topics throughout the generic EMEA Fleet Mailbox.Collaborate with leasing companies, external fleet management providers, and other vendors to maintain smooth fleet operationsMaintain accurate records of fleet data, including fuel usage, mileage, and expenses, while managing vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and budgeting tasks. Contribute to the development of a Global Fleet Data pool and use analytics to enhance fleet performance and reduce costsPrepare regular reports on fleet status and performanceMonitor vehicle replacements and fuel management processesUtilize Power BI tools and eProcurement software for reporting and data analysis, with training provided if necessary.Ensure compliance with local, state, and EU regulations, including vehicle registrations and inspections, while adhering to safety standards and implementing safety programs. Collaborate with Health and Safety teams to develop training and ensure operational safety.Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager related to the scope of the position

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of previous analytics / CS experience, preferably fleet is requiredComfortable with coordination of global initiatives and navigating in a matrix organization and diverse cultures and working stylesAdvanced skills in MS Excel such as building/maintaining data models and automating reports and other advanced computer and analytical skills are requiredIntermediate level in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, report development, and data visualizationProficient in English, high presentational skillsSecond language as Italian, Spanish is a mustStrong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skills.
