In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize fleet operations, ensuring that all vessels in your fleet perform at peak efficiency while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily fleet operations, including maintenance, repairs, and logistics, while developing strategic plans to enhance performance and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and fostering a culture of safety. Leading initiatives to optimize fuel consumption and minimize environmental impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in fleet management. Key Requirements Former Chief Engineer with working experience with tanker and bulk carriers, both at sea and/or on shore. In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership skills, with a successful track record of motivating teams and building effective working relationships. Priority considerations for applicants presently based in Singapore.
