Burns McDonnell is seeking to hire a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support the Corporate Fleet group in Kansas City, Missouri. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of our company's fleet vehicles or equipment, overseeing maintenance schedules, authorizing mechanical and collision work orders, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate vehicle records to keep the fleet operational, safe, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities to include:

Authorize required maintenance and repairs on global company fleet.Review and authorize repairs with collision centers.Submit claims to insurance companies as applicable.Develop and implement procedures to ensure the efficient operation and utilization of the fleet.Coordinate vehicle transportation to and from project sites.Develop maintenance and refurbish standards for fleet vehicles.Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure fleet and maintenance standards are met.Provide exceptional service to internal clients.Maintain key contacts with industry maintenance providers.Provide leadership and coaching to department regarding fleet maintenance matters.All other duties as assigned.
