We are seeking an experiencedFleet & Indirect Sourcing Specialistto oversee the management of company cars and service vans in Sweden while driving cost-effective, innovative solutions for indirect spending. This role sits at the crossroads of sourcing, supplier relations, and internal collaboration, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's operations. Main tasks and responsibilities + Lead and provide expert fleet management support to all company car users in Sweden, with a special focus on service vans + Drive sourcing activities related to indirect procurements for Sweden FLU, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality solutions + Organize and negotiate leasing and rental agreements, optimizing terms and costs + Manage relationships with leasing companies, car dealers, manufacturers, and service providers to enhance fleet operations + Maintain and manage fleet data, including driver details, CO2 emissions, and other key metrics + Identify and implement process improvements and innovative automated solutions to enhance efficiency + Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive the execution of initiatives to implement them + Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver top-tier fleet management support. What you’ll need to succeed Education: + A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with a focus on relevant topics (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet Management). Experience: + Previous experience in fleet management, indirect procurement, or sourcing is a strong advantage. Competencies: + Solid understanding of fleet management processes and sourcing practices + Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills + A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders + A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving and process improvements + Strong independent working skills while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams + A business mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement actionable solutions + Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various levels.
