Requirements:
Senior Certificate  Code B drivers license and own transport  Will be required to travel from time to time  Be available after business hours and during weekends Key performance indicators:
Production and Diesel targets are met Fleet management system is monitored and managed Communication with drivers and team Data is captured accurately Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines Vehicle maintenance issues communicated Vehicle services are planned and scheduled  Capabilities & Competencies:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills Excellent organising and prioritising skills  Ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis Computer literate (MS Office) Ability to work long hours and work under pressure  Accepting and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment and willingness to put in longer hours when necessary  Ability to plan activities in advance and take account of possible changing circumstances  Ability to manage time effectively  Logistical experience (bulk cross boarder tipper) - advantageous
