Fleet Asset Manager
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time Fleet Asset Manager to oversee purchasing, tracking, and budget for company equipment and service vehicles. Position Responsibilities: The Asset Manager oversees purchasing and requests for forklifts, pallet jacks, batteries, and other equipment As the Asset Manager, you will track the lifecycle of electric service vehicles and generate monthly reports on usage to ensure vendors and field teams meet equipment specifications You will manage the budget for approved equipment and service vehicles throughout the year, as well as approve invoices for company and service vehicle expenses You will provide expertise on euro pallets, delivery cart specifications, and automated guided vehicles while expanding equipment refurbishment with new vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) You will coordinate with AssetWorks and licensing agents to keep records updated on equipment status, maintenance, and disposal, and collaborate with in-house technicians to enhance equipment purchasing strategies You will handle processes in the enterprise asset management system and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for decision-making on equipment purchases Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
