Quais são as responsabilidades da posição

O Analista será responsável por auxiliar todo o processo de Mobilidade,será também a ponte entre o cliente e os departamentos operacionais daALD/LP com o intuito de agilizar o atendimento as demandas dosclientes. Irá realizar as alterações cadastrais dos veículos do cliente,controlar e monitorar as entregas dos veículos 0 km e novas inclusões,conferir o faturamento da ALD/LP. Controlar e monitorar as informaçõesrelacionadas a regularização dos veículos: inspeções, IPVA, licenciamentoe etc.). Irá monitorar e notificar as multas de trânsito de acordo com apolítica adotada dentro do cliente.            

Precisamos de alguém com:

Experiência na área de mobilidade/frota;
Experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente;
Experiência em rotinas administrativas;
Desejável curso técnico de mecânica;
Excel Avançado;
Habilidade de comunicação assertiva oral e escrita;
Pensamento inovador e de constante melhoria de processos;
Graduação relacionada a área: Cursando ou Concluído;
Área de conhecimento desejável: Logística, Administração,Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão Comercial, Gestão De Processos OuÁreas Relacionadas;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma presencial.
