Job Summary
The Fleet Administrator supports the Fleet Managers/Maintenance Controllers with the management of the Cirrus Managed Aircraft (CMA) fleet (Cirrus SR and SF models). The Fleet Administrator will maintain accurate records, schedule, monitor, log, and track expenses for maintenance activity, administer paperwork and procedures with regulatory agencies (FAA, EASA, UK CAA, others as appropriate), audit, code, and submit invoices for payment, and ensure that all records in Cirrus’ Fleet Management system are accurate and up to date.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
· Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
· Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers by embodying the Cirrus Service Essentials and abiding by the Guiding Principles.
· Coordinate with service centers to schedule and complete routine maintenance or repairs, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and prioritized according to company needs.
· Ensure that all CMA aircraft are following the correct maintenance plan and are in compliance with any maintenance periods and checks.
· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities in the Cirrus Fleet Management system, ensuring that entries match aircraft logbook records.
· Monitor and audit aircraft Total and Flight times to ensure accuracy of flight logs and consistency in fleet management system.
· Coordinate with the Delivery Experience team and tax advisors to create leaseback reports to ensure aircraft usage and applicable documentation meets Cirrus’ policy and customers' tax requirements.
· Receive, audit, process, and record invoices that provide budget and business analytics.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance personnel, operators, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the maintenance event.
· Monitor and report on maintenance event progress, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders and escalating issues or concerns as necessary.
· Monitor aircraft usage and availability and adjust allocation plans as needed to ensure optimal and even use of resources.

· Associate’s degree in any field required. Aviation Management or related field preferred
· 1-2 years’ experience in aviation management, dispatching, piloting, or maintaining aircraft required.
· A&P and/or pilot license preferred.
· Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
