The role
As a Fleet Administration Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide vital administrative support for the workshop and Managed Service Centre (MSC) operations, ensuring the efficient handling of accident damage and extra-to-contract costs in accordance with operational needs.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll deliver administrative support while driving ongoing improvements in administrative processes throughout the contract. You’ll also:

 

Creation and submission of accident damage reports to London Fire Brigade (LFB) within the contractual requirements and Babcock senior management team, detailing estimates of cost of labour and parts, including third party Manage the tolerated damage process ensuring tolerated damage is reported including defects arising working with mobile technician (MRT) control to ensure defects are repaired at station to minimise workshop turnaround times and managed in line with resource availability To arrange health inspections across the operational departments liaising with all management teams and arranging eye care vouchers as necessary and to review the monitoring downtime key performance indicators (KPI’s) Personal protective equipment (PPE) ordering and receipt for workshop and MSC with the creation and receipt of external purchase orders for workshop supplier utilisation detailing labour and parts costs and specific cost types.

 

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role

 

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at Ruislip.

 

Essential experience of the Fleet Administration Coordinator:

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify mistakes Ability to deliver accurate and concise reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in a similar role is desirable 

 

Qualifications for the Fleet Administration Coordinator:

Educated to GSE/A Level or equivalent

 

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
