Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Hours: 5x8's, Sunday-Thursday, 40+ hours + Assemble and install fixtures, shelving, and display units + Set up dressing rooms and wall panels + Read and follow installation instructions + Measure, cut, and fit materials as needed + Use hand and power tools for assembly + Ensure all fixtures are level and secure + Keep work area clean and organized + Work with the team to complete tasks on time + Follow safety guidelines on-site **Qualifications:** + Basic carpentry and fixture installation skills + Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints + Experience using hand and power tools + Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately + Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) + Attention to detail for precise installations + Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet deadlines + Basic understanding of safety protocols + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Prior experience in the commercial field preferred + Prior experience using Hand tools, basic carpentry tools preferred + Position may require a drug screen TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
