As a Trading Services Analyst within our dynamic team, you will act as the vital link between business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role will involve investigating inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, and reconciling trades, thereby gaining a profound understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end client trade life cycle, including allocation, prematching, and fails management. Reconcile the completeness of trading activity sent to the firm's surveillance system. Conduct REG W and RG K checks. Follow up with the tech team to resolve any breaks. Adhere to the governance and reporting framework to report breaks, engaging with MO & Business Control Managers. Perform reconciliation activities between front, middle, and back office systems to maintain a controlled environment. Investigate risk management systems for economic breaks using query management tools. Collaborate with settlements, confirmations, and accounting to address related queries and issues. Monitor live reject queues and clear exceptions in a timely manner. Interact with clients via mail and hotline for live client interaction. Compile ad-hoc reports requested by front office or other middle/back-office groups.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Graduate with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in investment banking operations. Possess knowledge of fixed income products, including cash bonds and repos. Understand the fixed income trade life cycle. Demonstrate a good understanding of the control environment with risk and control awareness. Know the front-to-back operations process, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting, and facilitate issue resolution across teams. Exhibit attention to detail and a sense of ownership, prioritizing effectively and managing within deadlines. Be a great team player, able to work in a pressurized and changing environment. Possess strong analytical and numerical skills, with clear communication abilities for collaboration and challenge. Demonstrate work management skills, including time and workload management, self-starting, planning, and productivity focus. Take ownership and be delivery-focused, capable of delivering independently and seamlessly. Be PC literate, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access, and open to working in the EMEA shiftPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
