Greet and welcome members in a warm and friendly manner. Member’s needs met courteously and promptlyHandle complaints with courteous and professionalismResponsible for selling memberships, products and servicesSupporting member’s use of extra amenitiesInforming members of policies and proceduresAssist in daily cleaning dutiesMaintain club at cleanliness standard
