First Line Risk Management
Execute the WPB operational loss recording process and provide advice on the identification of internal events and escalations of relevant issues. Manage the monitoring of events with different internal areas to obtain information that allows recording events in accordance with global and local policies. Design and prepare dashboards, reports and presentations at executive level, as well as KPIs and KRIs that help decision-making based on the information generated within the DBS Risk and Controls department. Experience:

Mastery of Excel design in Power BI, automation through Macros, power pivot, dynamic tables, dynamic graphics, complex formulas. Knowledge of accounting, recording charges, credits and experience in reconciling operational-accounting accounts. Creativity in the design of dashboards and metrics, maintaining continuous improvement in them.Experience in the preparation of papers and deliverables in government forums, ExCo level.  Knowledge and understanding of the non-financial risk framework.
