**The Opportunity with McKinstry**
We are adding an **Account Executive** to join our growing Fire Protection division in **Spokane, WA** . In this role, you will acquire new customer bases and nurture existing customer bases. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:
+ Build new customer relationships through sound business development practices.
+ Nurture existing customer base.
+ Secure contracts by leveraging new and existing customer relationships.
+ Manage the financial health of projects from start to finish.
+ Provide excellent project management in support of sold service contracts.
+ Keep track of billings and AR.
+ Role is primarily on-site.
**What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry**
+ Minimum two (2) years of experience in fire protection industry either installation, design, or sales.
+ Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals and estimates required.
+ Knowledge of conceptual estimating preferred.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.

T _he pay range for this position is $68,310- $103,050 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered._
