Fire Alarm Designer Pleasantville, NJ 08232 Work as the Business Development and Operational Leader in the Fire Alarm Department. Grow the sales of the business unit through strategically developing relationships in the area while working to provide operational processes to increase the effectiveness of the team. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Build great leaders + Remove obstacles for your team + Identify training indicators and facilitate action individual development plans + Develop operational processes for the department to improve efficiency + Liaison with other departments/offices to leverage capabilities and customer base + Participate in Branch strategic planning/budgeting and nest department initiatives within + Oversee scheduling and payroll + Review best practices with team to ensure the company’s best interests are met + Track jobs financially to ensure they are staying within budget and on schedule + Complete monthly WIP reports, billings, and prepare work orders for AR + Monitor open invoices for timely payment and coordinate collection strategies + Other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: + Clearly communicates directions and information both oral and written. Speaks effectively before groups as well as individuals. Must have good interpersonal skills. + Computer skills to include the Microsoft Office Suite + Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.
