About the Role:
Work with partners on creation of funds flow and new account set-up as well as establishing the ongoing reconciliation process. Reconcile all DDA account activity and escalate identified issues for resolution. Create entries for manual money movement between accounts, facilitate refund check process and overall account maintenance.
What You Will Do:
Understands the funding flow process. Works with new and existing clients and processors to ensure programs conform to bank requirements regarding processing, funding, functionality, settlement, and reporting. Opens and maintains bank and client owned accounts. Analyzes account activity and reconcile accounts by utilizing processor and internally generated reports. Identify outstanding account issues and research to determine the cause and appropriate resolution process. Follows approved process and procedures of opening/closing DDA accounts. Works the refund check and wind down process. Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:

Salary range: $16.59 hourly – $29.59 hourly
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
