Volt is immediately hiring for a Powder Coater for a company located in Huntington Beach, CA.
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tAs a Powder Coaster you will:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tPrepare parts for coating.\r\n\t\t\t\tFollow all principles and practices of powder coating application.\r\n\t\t\t\tOperate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.\r\n\t\t\t\tObserve machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.\r\n\t\t\t\tBake parts at appropriate temperatures within limitations.\r\n\t\t\t\tKnowledge of electrostatic coatings, wash, and pretreatments.\r\n\t\t\t\tEnsure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tThis is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tThe ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tMust be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions.\r\n\t\t\t\tAbility to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.\r\n\t\t\t\tAttention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence.\r\n\t\t\t\tVisual examination of finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.\r\n\t\t\t\tAttention to detail and quality of coated product.\r\n\t\t\t\tAbility to work overtime as needed.\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tSchedule: 5:15 AM to 2:00 PM
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tDays: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tPay Rate: $18.50 per hour
