Pay: $21.50/hr., pay for skills program, and up to a $4,000 annual bonus!
Schedule: Immediate opening - 1st shift (7:00a – 3:30p)

Job Overview: Associates will receive, store, and distribute material and products within the distribution center. Clean, low-noise environment with a friendly and supportive culture.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Unloads, separates, counts, and verifies products receivedOperates powered industrial equipment (order picker and/or reach truck)Uses RF Handheld units to move products and/or load trucksAssembles and secures customer orders on pallets in specified dock locationReplenishes materials in the cutting areaUses machinery to measure and cut productAssist with cycle countingFollows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirementsSupports the facility’s quality programComplies with all safety policies and proceduresMinimum Requirements:
Can perform basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer functionsCommunicates effectively and cooperates with others.Able to read and follow SOPs and safety requirements.High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Preferred Qualifications:
Able to operate powered industrial equipment (order picker and/or reach truck) or ability to learn.Basic warehouse skills including receiving, picking, pallet picking, cycle counting, loading, replenishment/shuttle, small package, cutting, etc.Physical Demand:
Must be able to lift light loads and physically traverse throughout the facility. Must possess sufficient motor skills to operate and utilize a forklift. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use
hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds-Team lift or reach truck may be
utilized to move these heavier reels. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving
mechanical equipment. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather
conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.
