The Productivity & Holdings Financial Strategy Analyst & Project Lead reports to the Head of Productivity, Holdings & Platforms P&C team
Key responsibilities
Global Costs Planning & Controlling Present reports to senior stakeholders (Board Members and their offices, global heads of functions, Lines of Business management) both in a regular format and through specific analysis (board decks, strategic requests…), Manage costs closing monthly process with local teams, accounting functions and business to collect comments and translating them into clear explanations/action items Prepare reports and documents for our shareholder Allianz SE (Planning decks, regular reporting, ad-hoc requests) Manage costs planning and forecasting process with Finance teams and global functions: define TDIs and assumptions, prepare summaries and decks for global head of P&C/Board, interact with functions, HR and CTO for input collection
Functional Costs Governance Maintain and develop costs reporting platform in collaboration with P&C FF Costs and Reporting Factory Teams Together with HR and FF Costs team, maintain overall Functional Costs structure: updates and remappings driven by HR Org Chart changes, communication to functional and P&C stakeholders
Drive transformation projects Review and document existing processes, run workshops and alignment discussions, summarize in actions plans and prepare project material such as steercos, decks, training calls Prepare, format and present messages for various audience from Board of Management to operational teams
Key requirements
University degree in any field Strong preference for applicants with 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst or Associate in a top-tier strategy consulting firm Languages: fluent in English IT: excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
