Financial Services Admin Assistant **Dupaco Community Credit Union** 1 Positions ID: FINAN002730 Posted On 11/14/2024 **Job Overview** As the Financial Services Administrative Assistant you will assists the Dupaco Financial Services (DFS) department in a support capacity, greeting members, assist with scheduling appointments, working with clients, client files, performing data entry, supports other team members with a variety of tasks. **You’ll be:** + Providing quality service to members, potential members and coworkers. + Demonstrating teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers. + Promoting a professional image of the credit union at all times. + Greeting members in reception area, direct them to appropriate financial advisor or other personnel. + Tracking credit union sales, DFS referral from staff, and approval of referrals. + Assisting as needed with DFS seminars. + Distributing information and brochures to clients, as required. + Assisting as needed with setting up and maintaining accurate client files. + Performing filing, faxing, scanning and correspondence as needed. + Answering telephone and direct members and clients regarding various servicing issues. + Utilizing Redtail CRM. + Directing client inquiries in a timely fashion to the appropriate Financial Advisor. + Preparing and understand the Asset Listings/Asset Allocations Software. + Processing Financial Advisor reports/review letters to clients. + Ordering supplies/prospectus’. + Developing and maintain Monthly call sheet by making calls in a timely manner at the direction of the Financial Advisor. + Maintaining knowledge of products offered through Dupaco Financial Services and Dupaco Credit Union. + Performing other duties as assigned. **You’ll need:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ year of administrative assistant or equivalent, preferred. + Basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external credit union communications and relations. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments as necessary.
