We are currently looking for a Financial Services Account Associate Specialist with German to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan for replacement contract.

 

What you will be doing:

The telephone and written answers from every day to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.Responding to our customers' problems and finding solutions.Compliance with quality standards, possible control function.Verification of customer orders and, if necessary, corresponding post-processing.Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.Participation in projects to implement the company's goals and improve certain processes.

What you bring:

1-2 years of experience Work experience in financeExperience in customer service – spoken and writtenLanguages: Fluent German (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken EnglishA high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientationIndependent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlinesGood organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
