About the role:
We are the Investor Services department responsible for providing Transfer Agency service to several asset management companies based in USA. On a daily basis we handle hundreds of requests of the shareholders, based on the received paperwork. We are making sure that those requests are processed in accordance with applicable procedures, accuracy and on time. To achieve our goals, we are closely cooperating with our branches located in the United States and India.
What you will be doing:
Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks.Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers.Following up on clients’ requests when needed via phone, letter and email.Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives.Providing feedback on the current workflows. Proposing innovations and participating in implementing those.Full-time position working an eight-hour per-day schedule of 8.00 am – 4:00 pm CET or 9.00 am – 5:00 pm CET, (Monday through Friday) after the completion of training (while on training working hours are 10.00 am - 6.00 pm)- the training will be conducted in person at the office.What you bring:
