As a Senior Manager in FAS, you will provide strong leadership, communication, project management, and team building skills to your teams to solve a particular business problem or improve a particular process, generally related to the finance or accounting functions of the client’s organization. You will collaborate with managers and partners within the group as you review work product and participate actively in client meetings and planning efforts. You will work with FAS Partners and others, as well as independently, to identify and pursue business development initiatives and to win specific engagement opportunities through scoping and budgeting engagement needs.
