The Opportunity:PwC Romania's Assurance practice is looking to recruit financial auditors within the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory department. PwC is the leading practice in tax, assurance and advisory and offers a diverse range of services and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organisation. As a financial auditor you will have a key role on audit assignments and other risk assurance projects. You will be reporting directly to a Manager/Senior Manager and ultimately to a Director/Partner within the Risk Assurance practice. As a result, this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills.
AWhat you will be doing:
Key role on audit assignments.Work on Audit and non-audit engagements from planning activities until completion.Report directly to a Director/Partner within the audit practice.Contribute to the development and growth of our practice and service operations.Develop existing and new client relationships.To have a broader perspective of potential issues and strategies to overcome them encountered when managing diverse teams and audit engagements; have a clear understanding of the firms commitment to creating value through quality.What we need from you:
University degree.Minimum 2 years of financial audit of financial institutions, with a plus in case of large multinational groups.Finanical Services/Banking experienceExperience with auditing investment banksExperience Auditing/Trading/ Treasury related mattersStrong English language skills.Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels.A strong desire for continuous improvement and client facing responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards of Auditing.What we offer
