This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Global Incentives Finance team. In this role, you will support the Global Incentives business in a FP&A role along with coordination of International results and planning for EMEA and APAC.  Additional duties will include various aspects of the long-range plan; annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and reporting processes. You will partner with key stakeholders on executive level decision making and ensure investments are aligned to strategic priorities.  The position will report to the VP - Finance

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 

Coordinate close activities / results and FP&A duties for Global IncentivesPrimary coordination point with EMEA and APAC including KPI’s and business driversCreate and maintain global financial reporting to provide concise, consistent and actionable analysesChampion operational rigor.  Continuous improvement of various financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnershipPerform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed. Qualifications: Degree in Finance7+ years’ experience in Finance; preferably with a strong FP&A backgroundStrong business partnership skills. Comfortable interacting with various levels of managementSelf-starter and proven problem solverExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong process and detail orientation.  Superior organizational skillsProficient with MS Excel and complex financial models.
